MISS GRASS HEMP + HERB MINIS
Miss Grass Hemp + Herb Minis are perfectly sized, mini pre-rolled joints made with organic CBD hemp flower and adaptogenic and entheogenic food-grade herbs—specially formulated to provide just the right lift.
We offer Hemp + Herb Minis in three effects-based blends: XXX for Pleasure, ZZZ for Calm, and 000 for Balance. Each mini joint is .4g and comes in a pack of five, complete with a matchbox and matchsticks. They do not have THC (less than .3%) so they will not get you “high” in the traditional way, but they will make you feel *really* good.
Miss Grass Hemp + Herb Minis are currently sold out, but are otherwise available for purchase directly on shop.missgrass.com. They can be legally shipped to almost every state. (Except IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, and MA due to bans in those states on consuming smoke-able, federally legal hemp. It makes no sense to us. Call your elected officials 202-244-3121.)
Yes, thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp flower that contains less than .3% THC is federally legal to sell, purchase, grow, and consume. Miss Grass Hemp + Herb Minis are made from organic hemp flower that contains less than .3% THC, so they meet the federally legal requirements. However, if you live in IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, and MA we may not be able to ship to you due to bans in those states on consuming smoke-able, federally legal hemp. It makes no sense to us. Call your elected officials 202-244-3121.
Not in the way you might expect. Miss Grass Hemp + Herb Minis are formulated to make you feel really good—but not classically high. The hemp contains high levels of non-intoxicating cannabinoids like CBD and CBG, which help regulate homeostasis as well as natural terpenes, which may cause uplifting or calming effects.
Miss Grass Hemp + Herb Minis are made from organic hemp flower that contains less than .3% THC, so not only do they meet the requirements for federally legal hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill, but they also do not contain enough THC to make you feel a classic cannabis “high.”
All the cannabinoids you hear about all the time—CBD, CBG, CBN, THC—are present in smoke-able hemp flower. Smoke-able hemp has all the same benefits of your trusted full-spectrum cannabinoid tincture—better sleep, better sex, better focus, better homeostasis—and it works a lot faster, too. The bioavailability of smoke-able hemp is between 25% and 50%, meaning that the body is able to absorb all those delicious, homeostasis-supporting cannabinoids *a lot* faster than when you ingest it as a sublingual or eat it as a gummy. The benefits of smoking hemp include:
A relaxing or energizing effect, depending on the strain.
A pleasant body high.
May help with sleep, pain, sex, stress, and inflammation.
Doesn’t induce munchies.
Available legally in most states.
High bioavailability.
Can be used as a substitute for tobacco or as a way to take a tolerance break from THC.
High cannabinoid and terpene content.
Doesn’t induce intoxication or anxiety.

WEED 101
CBD is short for cannabidiol and is one of over a hundred known cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. CBD is non-intoxicating and will not get you high. However, CBD possesses many therapeutic properties and is commonly used to address inflammation, relieve stress, manage pain, support restful sleep, and increase sexual pleasure. More info on how it works here.
CBD is derived from hemp, which is a cannabis plant that contains less than 0.3% THC. Therefore, it is non-intoxicating. Hemp-derived CBD is legal in all 50 states and has been since 2018, when the Farm Bill was passed.
THC is short for tetrahydrocannabinol and is one of over a hundred known cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. It is the most famous of all cannabinoids because it is the one that will get you high. Aside from it’s psychoactive, entheogenic properties, THC has also been used to help with pain, glaucoma, muscle spasticity, low appetite, anxiety, and nausea.
Cannabis containing THC levels of over 0.3% is not legal in all 50 states. However, it is legal to consume medicinally and/or recreationally within many states. Click here to check the legal status of THC in your own state.
Cannabinoids are compounds found in the cannabis plant. The most well-known cannabinoid is tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, which is the primary psychoactive (or high-inducing) compound in cannabis. Cannabidiol, or CBD, is another well-known cannabis cannabinoid. There are over 100 known cannabinoids that can be isolated from cannabis, each of which can elicit various therapeutic effects. Some other cannabinoids are CBG, CBN, and delta-8-THC. For more on how cannabinoids interact with the body, click here.
Terpenes are naturally occurring, aromatic chemical compounds found in plants, including cannabis. They are the essential oils secreted by the sticky resin glands of many plants, herbs, and fruits—the ones that make pine smell pine-y or citrus smell citrusy. They’re what give cannabis its distinct aroma and flavor. Terpenes won’t make you feel “high” and they aren’t intoxicating, but they are a major contributing factor in how different cannabis strains make you feel.
Most cannabis experts (including us!) recommend focusing on terpene profiles—instead of strains or THC percentage—to achieve desired effects like calm, alertness, euphoria, or pain management. Research has shown that naturally occurring terpenes in plants like cannabis can benefit our health. For more info on terpenes and which ones to look for when buying weed, click here.
Categorizing cannabis into groups of “indicas,” “sativas,” and “hybrids” is an easy way to organize, market, and sell weed. Unfortunately, it isn’t an effective way to find what’s best for you. Here are the basics when it comes to *common beliefs* about different strains:
Indica plants are short and stout with broad leaves. Indicas are said to produce relaxing, body-high effects perfect for a night-in or before bedtime.
Sativa plants are taller with narrow leaves. Sativas are believed to be uplifting, euphoric, and ideal for a daytime adventure.
The term Hybrid refers to a mix of indica and sativa and contains traits of both. Hybrids provide a high that is a combination of indica and sativa, or more balanced.
But the truth is, almost every type of weed on the market today is actually a Hybrid that may lean one way or the other. That’s why assuming that anything labeled indica will calm stress and anything labeled sativa will lift your spirits is not accurate. So, at Miss Grass we prefer to look at the terpene profiles of our strains when trying to determine the effects. It’s also why we don’t explicitly call our Fast Times “sativa” or our Quiet Times “indica.” For more info on strains, click here.
As a general rule, we always recommend you start low and go slow—especially if you’re new to THC.
If you're in CA, start with one or two hits of our Half Times Minis, which contain half CBD and half THC (or a similar 1:1 if you're in another state). They provide a “light” high that you can control. Plus, it’s easy to build on by just smoking more.
If you ever feel too high after consuming any amount of THC, you can mitigate the effects by taking CBD. Try some CBD tincture, a CBD gummy, or smoking a Miss Grass Hemp + Herb Mini.
It depends on the dosage and your own unique biochemistry, but in general, most inhaled cannabis highs last between two to four hours. Start low and go slow.

Weed is a plant. So it’s basically like produce. Exposure to light, humidity, heat, and oxygen can change the aroma, taste, and potency. Keep your cannabis fresh by keeping it in a sealed, airtight container, preferably glass. Keep it in a cool, dry place. Do not put it in the freezer.
If it’s stored well, it should last between six months to a year. Its potency will begin to decrease after a year. Weed that’s no longer fresh will lose its aroma, appear dry, and produce an unpleasant, harsh smoke. So smoke it sooner than later.
